This is the new Pico Paddle Remote from Lutron
Today Lutron announced a new Pico paddle remote to add to its Caséta portfolio of devices. It has been 1 year since they released the Diva Smart Dimmer and Claro Smart Switch. The new Pico paddle remote matches the modern style of the Claro switch and you can now have a full set of Caséta devices in your home with the new style.
Similar to the Pico smart remote, this will have a 10-year battery and can easily be attached to your wall with a wall plate bracket. This is also compatible will all existing Caseta products and will also work with Serena Shades, RadioRa 3, and Homeworks.
The first question I had about the Pico paddle remote was if it has dimming capabilities. The answer to that is, sort of. It has a feature called Advanced 3-way Control that will allow it to work with a Diva Smart Dimmer and offer a 2-click dimming option. When you have this paired with a Diva Smart Dimmer and the Diva is set to a certain dim level, when you tap the Pico on once, it will then be set to that dim level. When you tap a second time it will set the Diva to full brightness and then turn on any non-dimming Caséta product it is paired to.

I think the Pico paddle remote is an excellent update to the Caséta line of products and the modern toggle-style switch will look great in your home for years to come.
